To start, you'll enjoy an aperitif with Bollinger Champagne and freshly grilled scallops. This will be followed by a convivial sharing dinner, where several small dishes are served in the centre of the table for everyone to discover together. Head Chef Thomas Gilles and his team will personally guide you through the evening, presenting the courses and offering insights into the ideas behind his creations.
