MARLON'S STAR CUISINE MEETS THE BASQUE COUNTRY – 06.09.2026

La Cuisine Rademacher invites you to a Basque Tapas Experience. The highlight is the top-class lineup: Asier Abal, Managing Director of Txogitxu, brings first-class meat cuts from San Sebastián to Cologne. Michelin-starred chef Marlon Rademacher, who has worked in Spain, will create a culinary journey through the Basque Country for his guests. Together with John A. van Nes Ziegler from Chimigrillt Catering, the meat will be traditionally prepared live over charcoal. The day will be rounded off by Spanish delicacies from Pepa Bascón Maqueda, Managing Director of Solera Supermarket.
