Due to its geological and cultural uniqueness, the Alpine Republic boasts a variety of well-known classics, most notably the Wiener Schnitzel. This cannot and must not be missing at Gruber's. The evening will be a melange of dishes from Head Chef Denis Steindorfer and his team, along with exquisite wines from Austrian wine regions and other matching beverages.
