An unusual event, as if in the middle of a market. Staged by Volker Beuchert, Culinary Director of Kirberg Catering, right in the halls of M\u00f6llers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Restaurant guests normally don't have access to this place. Although everything here revolves around culinary delights with pulsating vibrancy from 4:00 AM every morning. We are in the halls of the food wholesaler and importer M\u00f6llers, Cologne's culinary institution, on the former Cologne slaughterhouse site. A place where food from all over the world is kept ready for restaurateurs. Cologne's pantry, lovingly called \u201ethe belly of Cologne\u201c. For many chefs, it's a piece of paradise.<\/p>\n

On this special evening, guests will take their seats at a long table. The table is richly laid with pintxos, with water and wine at the ready. The evening can begin: Mediterranean dishes will be served. Inspired by specialities from Spain, the Basque Country, and France, all of which hold a story within them, full of enjoyment and joie de vivre. This is what we want to share, taste, and enjoy this evening.<\/p>\n
