The multi-award-winning fine dining restaurant Clostermann's „Le Gourmet“ was closed at the end of the year and modernised according to a personal wish of head chef Thomas Gilles.
At LEU, modern European cuisine meets bold flavours, under the proven leadership of Thomas Gilles and his sous chef and head pâtissier, André Siebertz. A fusion cuisine that consciously seeks out contrasts, precisely balances unconventional ingredients, and thus creates excitement, curiosity, and a desire for another spoonful.
