\n1. K\u00f6ln hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren kulinarisch enorm weiter entwickelt. Das gilt nicht nur f\u00fcr den Kreis der Sterne-Gastronomie, sondern ist auch auf vielen Ebenen und in vielen Stadtteilen zu finden und zu schmecken. Dass sich nun Repr\u00e4sentanten zusammen schlie\u00dfen, ist nur folgerichtig und macht Lust auf Entdeckungen.<\/p>\n

2. Gutes Essen ist fu\u0308r mich eine t\u00e4gliche Angelegenheit. Ich achte auf gute Produkte und koche sehr gerne. Das entspannt mich. Ich st\u00f6bere gerne in Kochb\u00fcchern und bin immer gespannt auf neue Rezepte.<\/p>\n

3. K\u00f6ln wird gerne auf Karneval und Kl\u00fcngel reduziert. Gute Restaurants sind Bestandteil der Kultur dieser Stadt und sollten noch mehr Beachtung finden.

\n1. Als gelernter Lebensmittelkaufmann habe ich seit fr\u00fchester Jugend ein enges Verh\u00e4ltnis zu Lebensmitteln und weiss gutes Essen zu sch\u00e4tzen. \n1. Sie werden lachen: nicht wegen meiner ber\u00fcchtigten Verfressenheit, sondern aus politischer \u00dcberzeugung. Politischen Fortschritt gibt es glaube ich erst, wenn wir \u00fcber die Grundlagen unserer Existenz neu nachdenken. Etwa Abschied vom Qu\u00e4lfleisch nehmen und kulinarisches Handwerk endlich w\u00fcrdigen. Wie bekannt, lese ich gern – durchaus auch Speisekarten. Wenn eine K\u00f6lner Metzgerei ihre Mettbr\u00f6tchen als \u201eGerman Sushi\u201c bewirbt, kann ich mich dar\u00fcber einen ganzen Tag lang be\u00f6mmeln. Und wenn sich ein Metzger wie der leider verstorbene Peter Metternich in der S\u00fcdstadt fu\u0308r Philosophie zu interessieren beginnt und einen „Philosophischen Imbiss“ veranstaltet, f\u00fchle ich mich in K\u00f6ln sehr zu Hause.<\/p>\n

2. Viele Menschen wissen nicht, wie man sich am\u00fcsiert. Fu\u0308r mich z\u00e4hlt dazu die Suche nach gutem Brot, einem tollen Oliven\u00f6l, einem genialen Taschenkrebs oder eben die Entdeckung einer K\u00f6lner Pfeffermanufaktur wie „Hennes Finest“ zur Lebensqualit\u00e4t. Meine Gro\u00dfmutter war K\u00f6chin und wurde fast hundert Jahre alt. Von ihr habe ich gelernt, gutes Essen von dummem Industriemampf zu unterscheiden.<\/p>\n

3. Die legend\u00e4re abgrundtiefe H\u00e4\u00dflichkeit des vom Krieg und seinen Bewohnern zerst\u00f6rten K\u00f6lns fordern Eskapismus aus dem tristen Hier und Jetzt ja f\u00f6rmlich heraus. Also trainieren K\u00f6lner wie alle Kamele ihr Gespu\u0308r fu\u0308r Oasen. Die hei\u00dfen dann „Moissonier“, „Ox und Klee“, „Aura“, „Locanda“ oder „Phaedra“ – ich freue mich, da\u00df diese Stadt eine tolle Gastroszene hat. die so vielf\u00e4ltig ist wie ihre Bewohner.

Wir haben in K\u00f6ln und Umland so tolle Restaurants mit hochwertigem Essen, die ich immer gerne mit meiner Frau und Freunden aufsuche, denn fu\u0308r mich bedeutet genussvolles Essen echte Lebensqualit\u00e4t. Und umso mehr freue ich mich, dass diese Restaurants sich nun den B\u00fcrgern und B\u00fcrgerinnen unserer Region pr\u00e4sentieren und zeigen was sie k\u00f6nnen. K\u00f6ln ist mit seinen Restaurants ein \u201ekulinarisches Kleinod\u201c, dem ich als Botschafter helfen m\u00f6chte, viel bekannter zu werden.<\/p>\n

2. Mein Motto lautet \u201eessen und trimmen – Beides muss stimmen!\u201c. Und insofern achten meine Frau und ich selbst im Alltag auf h\u00f6chste Qualit\u00e4t im Essen. Nur dadurch ist garantiert, dass unser Organismus genau das bekommt, was er tagt\u00e4glich braucht und ihn gesund h\u00e4lt. Und wenn das noch gepaart ist mit ganz viel Genuss, dann haben wir die Grundidee von \u201eFine Food\u201c, die auch gar nicht teuer sein muss. Wir jedenfalls gehen nur f\u00fcr \u201egutes Essen\u201c laufen und nicht f\u00fcr schlechtes!<\/p>\n

3. Gerade K\u00f6ln hat sich in den letzten Jahren mit seiner kulinarische Vielfalt herausragen entwickelt. Viele neue Restaurants mit sehr unterschiedlichen Grundkonzepten und Ideen sind hinzugekommen und haben ihren Platz im kulinarischen Blumenstrau\u00df unserer Stadt gefunden. Ich w\u00fcnsche mir, dass diese Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit und Kreativit\u00e4t vielen B\u00fcrgern unserer Stadt aber auch im Umland bewusster wird. \u201eKommen Sie nach K\u00f6ln, denn hier finden Sie sicher die gr\u00f6\u00dfte kulinarische Vielfalt in NRW\u201c! und genau dazu tragen die \u201eFine Food Days\u201c bei.
