Meer dan 15 gastronomische ondernemingen en wijnboeren organiseerden opnieuw een culinair feest van topklasse volgens het motto van de Fine Food Days Cologne: \u201eGeweldige mensen \u2013 gekke plekken \u2013 geniaal eten\u201c.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/>Laten we beginnen met de locatie: Wat er van een voormalige luchthaven kan worden, is te bewonderen in de K\u00f6lner Motorworld. De monumentale voormalige vertrekhal bood een meer dan fantastisch decor voor de foodstands. Ook Dirk Strohmenger, Managing Director van de K\u00f6lner Motorworld, was enthousiast. Zijn locatie en het festival passen perfect bij elkaar. Ongeveer 300 deelnemers genoten van de ruime locatie, zowel binnen als buiten.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/>Terwijl de bezoekers werden aangetrokken door de geur van de grill, stookte het team van Big Green Egg (nieuwe partner van het festival) flink op voor de laagjespraline van koud gesneden vlees. Tegenover hen betoverde Julia Komp met haar team met gazpacho! Een verbluffende combinatie van honing tomaat | komkommer | paprika. Andr\u00e9 Karpinski maakte met zijn team van het Seepavillon by Kaiserschote de buitenkraampjes compleet. De geflambeerde IJslandse zalm met asperge-citroenmelisse risotto maakte nieuwsgierig naar het festival op 31 augustus. Enkele beroemdheden, waaronder Henning Krautmacher, worden verwacht voor de \"Genusstypen-Matin\u00e9e\".<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/>Terug naar de check-in. Daar kregen alle deelnemers eerst een cadeau: het Editionsglas 2025 van Riedel met een ap\u00e9ro van Schloss VAUX. Een bruisend, groot dankwoord gaat uit naar de mousserende wijnfabriek!<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/>In de grote, voormalige vertrekhal, begroette <strong>Franz Gruber, voorzitter van de Fine Food Days Keulen<\/strong> alle aanwezige FineFoodies. Zijn bijzondere dank ging uit naar alle toegewijde gastronomen en sponsors! Wie niet zo lang wil wachten, gaat op 15 juni mee op een kruidenwandeling met Maja Hue (kruidenpedagoog) en Yoann Hue, voormalig souschef van restaurant DE VIERDE KONING.<br \/>\u2022 Marlon Rademacher met zijn kenmerkende gerecht: Selderij Mille-feuille 2018. Meer van hem en zijn team is te zien tijdens maar liefst 3 spectaculaire 4-gangen diners, o.a. met kooklegende Dieter M\u00fcller!<br \/>\u2022 S\u00f6nke H\u00f6ltgen van K\u00f6lnSKY met een zoete lekkernij: Choux au Craquelin | Rabarber | Amalfi citroencreme | Aardbei. Hij kijkt nu al uit naar zijn reuzenrad-evenementen Vol. 2 \u2013 net als zijn collega Thomas Sekeres, die verantwoordelijk was voor de uitstekende service tijdens de special van mei.<br \/>\u2022 Hendrik Olfen van HENNE.Weinbar verrukte met kalfs-tartaar Kalfs-tartaar | Mosselen | kappertjes | rauwe champignons. Er was ook positieve belangstelling voor zijn idee om het restaurant eens te organiseren een brunch.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/>Het was ook levendig aan de stand van Ginsanity. \u2022 Maximilian Lorenz presenteerde gerookte zalmforel. Dezelfde opmerking geldt voor Michael Gliss, die er niet persoonlijk bij kon zijn, maar toch overtuigde met zijn koffiespecialiteiten. Naast de deur waren er verleidelijke taartjes uit de Motorworld.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/>Omringd door indrukwekkende unieke stukken, werd er naast de deur aan gezellige tafels vrolijk gekletst en genoten. De omliggende kraampjes verleidden daarbij steeds weer om te proeven:<br \/>\u2022 Volker Buechert verving Jonas Brandt en maakte indruk met Bornheimer asperges | groentespek | broodschuim. Jutta Kirberg overtuigde zichzelf van het gerecht en was verheugd over de positieve reactie op haar betrokkenheid bij de K\u00f6lner Flora.<br \/>\u2022 Peter Golla overtuigde met konijn | ricotta | paddestoelen | bieslook. De verantwoordelijke wijnbouwer Alexander Pfl\u00fcger gaf hierover persoonlijk informatie. Na de wijnpresentatie in samenwerking met de K\u00f6lner Stadt-Anzeiger was hij al bekend bij een aantal deelnemers. Ook zijn collega van wijngoed Johann Baptist Sch\u00e4fer was verheugd over de vele vragen over zijn wijnkeuze en er was ook bruisende aanvulling van Schloss VAUX in voldoende hoeveelheid.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/>Natuurlijk werden ook alcoholvrije alternatieven geboden. Een dank gaat uit naar Gerolsteiner en de sappen van van Nahmen. E\u00e9nstemmige mening: kweepeer is onverslaanbaar lekker.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Voor het eerst was er ook K\u00f6lsch: De beugelflessen van Peters K\u00f6lsch pasten perfect bij het gevarieerde programma \u2013 en het weer.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ook voor K\u00f6lnTourismus, vertegenwoordigd door algemeen directeur Dr. J\u00fcrgen Amann, zijn de Fine Food Days Cologne een visitekaartje voor de stad.
