Azubi Take Over 4.0 – Unsere Youngstars übernehmen das taku – Sold out

During the Fine Food Days, Cologne's youngest generation of restaurateurs will take over the Michelin-starred restaurant taku for two evenings. Our apprentices will step into the roles of restaurant manager, sommelier, or chef. Through the coaching of taku's sous chef Nicolai Kais, the special taku taste experience is always guaranteed on these evenings too.
