Above the rooftops of Cologne, with a view of the skyline, we're finally dedicating a Saturday evening once again, in fitting style, to Champagne.

Champagne is the king of wines, and no glittering evening is conceivable without it.
Better than champagne for the aperitif, it is to drink champagne throughout the entire menu, as champagne can do much more than “just” an aperitif.
However, it is best to drink champagne in sufficient quantities, so on this day we will also be opening the odd magnum bottle – as we have done in previous years.

We are very much looking forward to a delicious journey through the world of Champagne with you at KölnSKY.

Our head chef Sönke Höltgen and his kitchen team have created a fantastic menu for you, which will be paired and presented with select champagne by Sebastian Bordthäuser.
