Brilliantly simple – the cookbook for the recipe series
They are everyday, but imaginative recipes that the chefs and patissiers publish under the title „Genial einfach“ (brilliantly simple) every Saturday in the „Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger“. Just under a year ago, the collaboration with the Cologne gourmet festival „Food Days Cologne“ began, and since then, there has been a delicious dish every Saturday – from starter to dessert.
This opulent cookbook, „Genial einfach“ (Brilliantly Simple), has been created from these 60 everyday recipes, some of which have already been published, while others are new. The book features, among others, Michelin-starred chef Marlon Rademacher from La Cuisine Rademacher, Sönke Höltgen (KölnSKY), Thomas Gilles (Clostermannshof), Jaspreet Dhaliwal-Wilmes (Der Vierte König), and pastry chef Paula Wollmann (Grubers Restaurant).
