Greenbelt Roses x Castle Arff – a top-class musical BBQ – 06.09.2026

Singing fun meets enjoyment fun. The Grüngürtelrosen, long established as more than an insider tip in Cologne's cultural scene, will be performing amidst the beautiful setting of Schloss Arff as part of the Fine Food Days Cologne. Typical Grüngürtelrosen: A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity.

The Green belt roses They combine powerful choral arrangements with a wink, musical diversity with a clear stance – and all of this with unmistakable Cologne charm. With over 100 singers, the Grüngürtelrosen interpret numerous medleys in their very own way – powerful, emotional, and unmistakable. The arrangements are tailor-made by choirmaster Constantin Gold, the sound is unique, and the performances are... legendary. Their repertoire ranges from Cologne traditional songs and all-time classics to international hits. It's a musical statement – with heart, conviction, and humour.

Schloss Arff is a magical baroque castle to the north of Cologne. With hopefully the best weather, the romantic landscape park will be the stage for culinary arts and music. In the sought-after event location, historic charm, idyllic surroundings, and perfect amenities come together together.

Peter Golla, The head chef of the Wolkenburg will be serving an exceptional BBQ of his usual top quality. There will be veggie, fish, and meat dishes from the grill and smoker. Alongside homemade pasta served from a Parmesan wheel, there will be refreshing, warming, new, and traditional options – both young and old will have a happy afternoon here.

The Grüngürtelrosen are enthusiastically committed and in high demand. The Grüngürtelrosen will be on the big stage on 12.09. at the Tanzbrunnen. It will be more colourful and emotional than ever before.

In the event of bad weather, the concert will take place in the perfectly equipped event barn on the grounds of Arff Castle.

Arff Castle is situated in the north of Cologne, near the town of Worringen. To get there by car, take the A57 and take the Köln-Worringen exit. After leaving the A57, turn right and continue to the roundabout. At the third exit, follow the signs for Hackenbroich and continue until you reach the underpass. Immediately after the underpass, Arff Castle is signposted on the left.

Travel by public transport via Köln-Worringen station, 4 km.

The approximately 20 km from Cologne-Neumarkt can be covered by bicycle in about 1 hour.
