With the multi-award-winning top chefs Julia Komp and Nelson Müller, the special pleasure experience is about experiencing, sharing, and toasting together – or as Julia puts it: „Sharing is caring“.
At 4 PM, the exclusive round commences with an aperitif and initial culinary delights at food stations, each offering 2 courses from Julia and Nelson, set amidst the natural surroundings of the Diepeschrather Mühle (Our tip: leave your high heels at home). A relaxed start that appeals to both the senses and the soul, providing the perfect setting to chat, soak up the atmosphere, and savour the culinary artistry of these exceptional talents. True to Nelson Müller's motto: „We go into the woods to find our soul. Or into the kitchen.“

After a relaxed start, enjoy the menu at the gourmet restaurant Schote. In four further courses (again 2 courses each by Julia and Nelson), you will experience international flavours, regional ingredients, and the sustainable culinary art of Julia Komp and Nelson Müller. The evening concludes after 8 courses with a casual get-together with Kölsch.
