In the historic 1872 water tower, Anno Colonia invites you to an exclusive storytelling dinner, combining architecture, cuisine, and city history for a special evening. Each course represents an era of Cologne's history, from Roman antiquity to the present day. The menu, created in collaboration with head chef Johannes Langenstück from Restaurant PULS, draws on historical influences and interprets them in a modern, precise, and tasteful way. The dinner is accompanied by a corresponding drinks concept that makes the individual stages of the journey through time even more intense. The evening will be guided by Prof. Dr. Trier (from the Römisch-Germanisches Museum Köln) – in conjunction with the kitchen and sommelier. History will not be explained, but told:
Sensual, insightful, and approachable. An evening for everyone who wants to rediscover Cologne – through taste, stories, and atmosphere.
