Azubi Takeover – 07.09.2026
During the Fine Food Days, the youngest generation of Cologne's restaurateurs will take over the Michelin-starred restaurant taku for two evenings (06 and 07 September 2026).
Our trainees step into the roles of restaurant manager, sommelier or chef. Through coaching from taku Sous Chef Nicolai Kais and Deputy Restaurant Manager Annalena Lohmann, the special taku taste experience is always guaranteed on these evenings too.
