What makes Italian food at the stove, in the oven and in the glass, the „Culinary Quartet“ will discuss as part of the Fine Food Days Cologne 2025 in the Wolkenburg in Cologne. The participants: Valentine Mühlberger from the wine bar Rix am Friesenwall, as well as literary and gastro-critic Denis Scheck („Kafkas Kochbuch“, together with Eva Gritzmann). Drooling guaranteed!
