Ice Elevated with Melt & Bean – 7 Courses of Ice Cream & DJ – 05.09.2026

Ice Elevated puts high-quality ice cream centre stage: a finely composed 7-course menu of gelato, sorbet, granité and parfait. Each course plays with temperature, texture and flavour – from clear and fresh to intense and complex.

The event will take place on the 360° terrace as well as indoors on the 11th floor of the Wasserturm Hotel, offering a wide view over Cologne. The experience will be accompanied by a DJ, creating a relaxed, urban atmosphere.

The ticket price includes a signature cocktail and water; additional drinks will be charged based on consumption. The seating arrangement is deliberately relaxed: lounges, stools, and high tables with no fixed seating assignments (first come, first served) allow for freedom of movement and informal interaction.
