Nasturtium meets Cumin – The Fourth King – Sold out
This year, Jaspreet Dhaliwal-Wilmes has come up with something very special for the festival: a reunion with wild herb pioneer Jean-Marie Dumaine. For „the Fourth King,“ it's a journey into the past, as Dumaine is the mentor, friend, and namesake of his restaurant. The culinary concept of the restaurant is based on the experiences Dhaliwal-Wilmes gained in Dumaine's „Vieux Sinzig.“ It involved experimenting with creative combinations of local wild herbs such as burnet, nasturtium, nettle, and Indian spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander. Look forward to a four-course menu designed by the two top chefs, paired with wine, and a certainly entertaining, culinarily outstanding evening.
