The JOSEPH'S team from Cologne's Rheinauhafen is looking forward to participating in the Fine Food Days Cologne. Under the leadership of Head Chef Sebastian Ostlender, the JOSEPH'S team aims to enrich the culinary diversity of the festival and simultaneously position itself among the ranks of top gastronomy.

To kick things off, JOSEPH’S is inviting guests to a special evening on 28 August 2025 with the theme „Mythos Karneval“ (Myth of Carnival). In collaboration with the Festkomitee Kölner Karneval (Cologne Carnival Committee), an exquisite 4-course menu will be served, featuring reinterpreted traditional Cologne and regional dishes. Between courses, guests will receive exclusive insights into the world of Cologne Carnival and can take a look behind the scenes at the „Haus des Karnevals“ (House of Carnival). A touch of „FasteLOVEnd“ (the Cologne Carnival period) between the seasons.
